Team Ballyhoura will host the National Marathon Championships on Sunday September 24th. This is the third time we will have hosted the event and we are very proud to have been entrusted with organising this important race again. The course will use a mixture of forest roads, single track and trail centre routes. The race will pass through the newly constructed Ballyhoura Wind Farm which will allow you to get right under these massive turbines! The main championship route is 65km long and there will also be a shorter support race of 35km. Both routes are 100% off road and will use much of the route used in the 2014 European Marathon Mountain Bike Championships. Showers and refreshments will be available at the end of the race.

Registration closes Sunday 17th and the entry form can be found here.
